Christmas Fare at Hyden Farm

We produce a complete range of organic, free-range poultry for Christmas including organic gammon, sausagemeat & chipolatas.

• Traditional Norfolk Black Turkey - a slow-maturing, gamey flavoured meat. Available weights 4-7kg.

• Bronze Turkeys - a moist, rich flavour. Available weights 4-7kg

• Goose available in weights 4-6kg.

All our birds live in a happy, outdoor environment where they are free to roam the farm. They are hand plucked, well hung and prepared for you on our farm. The poultry never leave the farm and we believe that this helps towards producing happy birds, resulting in a very special and succulent meal.

Our usual range of our chicken, duck, guinea fowl, pork, lamb and beef are also available to order for Christmas collection.
